My asian inspired dishes always turn out soggy or overcooked and my tofu is not very crispy despite pressing it. Can anyone give me some pointers and advice regarding asian style vegan cooking please?
Being vegan doesn't need to be expensive since there are plenty of naturally vegan foods out there but if you want to have the same comforts in your life e.g. Cake, ice cream, crossaints etc you will need to pay more. I find myself spending a lot of money at the grocery shop I don't know how...
Which milk do you think is best to make vegan rice pudding and what do you like to add to your rice pudding for flavour?
I found that Rude health almond milk and a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar gave the best result out of the things I tried.
I have a lot of nosebleeds (each week atleast once). They are very strong too. so I do worry about my iron. I had blood work done and I will see a doctor about it my appointment is in 2 weeks. I take iron supplement to make sure it is ok. My stool is an ok colour.
I don't do hot yoga I do cycle though. What foods are rich in potassium and magnesium? I am definitely not on a low carb diet :) I don't have a blender so I can't make smoothies.
I take iron and b12 supplements but I am thinking of starting to take other ones also e.g. magnesium and calcium as I am worried that I am perhaps not managing to get sufficient amount of vitamins from my diet alone. I feel very low in energy and tired so I don't know whether this has anything...
You can list a few if you like, I am just interested in finding recipes that actually taste good as there were so many vegan recipes that I have made that didn't taste very good.
