Vegan friends are hide to find, I'll admit.
Lifestyle choices such as these are barely shared. Still, friends make the journey easier so if you are able to find some, kudos.
In any relationship, freedom of choice is a key component. I would allow my partner to realize their own thinking. I wouldn't force my beliefs upon him. I am vegan and he is not, that's no big deal. I like the color blue, he does not, get my drift?
Try as best not to crowd your views on the...
Yup, I'm there as well. Learning these things really can be a lot to take on. It makes you wonder what you were doing your whole life before now, doesn't it?
Everybody has cravings, that's completely normal. To curb my cravings during my transition I have to find something other than food that satisfies me. Writing always does the trick. I find gratification in my work, so much so that I forget to pig out.
Junk food has very little effect on me...
Standard restaurants do not really cater to vegetarians. It is indeed difficult to find one nearby that has a variety in vegetarian meals. That's why most times I make my meals myself and I gather my own ingredients. That way I know for a fact exactly what I am putting in my body as a vegetarian.

Why is a pound of cow much cheaper than a pound of cabbage? Why is it that a bag of french fries will only tug at your pocket while a green leafy salad will rip it open and leave it broke?
It is beyond me as to why the healthier alternatives are so costly, how do you keep up?
Fruits and vegetables are relatively cheap and are a no brainer to a great diet. Try to mix things up a bit by drinking lots of water and staying active.
