Being Vegan is the second biggest part of my life, I don't think I could relate to someone who ate meat. I have tried in the past and it is like jennevieve said in a previous comment, I have been repulsed when a girl tried to kiss me after eating meat.
Try making some Seitan. It is cheap, easy to make and a great protein source. It is the best home made meat replacement that I have tried.
A quick google produced these: http://www.yummly.com/recipes/vegan-seitan
I agree with Andy_T but just wanted to add to what he is saying.
Maybe you should be questioning why you are buying clothes made in sweat shops.
Start buying from thift/charity shops. It will save you money, recycle unwanted clothes and give you a unique style.
Your friend isn't a vegan she is on a plant based diet.
Veganism is a lifestyle where one excludes as many animal products from their lifeas they can.
A plant based diet is a diet that excludes animal products for ethical or health reasons.
Gluten free birthday cakes took over the free from section in my tesco. Naked bars are no longer stocked, trek bars are gone. Amy's soup is the only thing left and I wouldn't eat that ****.
I have killed a few pidgeons that flew into windows. I feel sorry that it happened but ultimately when **** happens that you don't like you just have to deal with it.
Also, I don't think that shaming men for being unmasculine is right.. Killing things isn't manly it is barbaric and not...
Lushs' deodrant, toothy tabs and aftershave are brilliant. I use the simple moisturiser/product range for facial cleanising, it is relatively cheap and they dont test on animals or use animal products.
Hey guys,
I just started an account and just wondered if there were any other vegan fitness/weightlifters out there that would like to discuss diet/exercise routines?
Yours Sincerely,
Nathan
