    Might be that you're not eating enough for your activity level. Plant meals are much lower in calories than animal. You could also be dehydrated if you're not drinking enough water. Are you hungry in between meals?

    For the last two days I've made a philly cheesesteak (one of my favorite sandwiches). Made with baby portabellas, peppers, onion, chao cheese and tofurky roast beef on french bread with veganaise.

    Being tired could just mean that you are low on iron, healthy fats, calories or all of them. I get tired because I have iron deficiency anemia due to diet. Eating more beans and other high iron foods and taking a iron pill around my period helps.

    Replace the sweets with fruit. After awhile if you stick to it your body will no longer crave sugar. It takes a couple of weeks.

    What exactly are you eating? The medication also causes weight gain no matter how you eat. You can snack on veggies and fruits instead of crackers, bread, etc..
